
Maryland lawyer Mark Kotlarsky has been
practicing since 1985 as a personal injury attorney, worker
compensation lawyer, and criminal attorney specializing in
auto accidents, employment wage disputes and criminal litigation.
Mark graduated cum laude from
the University of Maryland School of Law in Baltimore, and
then went on to receive an L.L.M. degree from Georgetown University
Law Center, where he was first in his L.L.M. class.
Mark worked for several large
Washington DC law firms before starting his own practice in
1992.
Born in Kiev, Ukraine, Mark
received a Master’s degree in mathematics from Moscow
State University in Russia and a Ph.D. in mathematics from
Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore. Before changing his
career, he was an Assistant Professor of Mathematics at the
University of Iowa and the University of Baltimore.
He is admitted to practice
in Maryland and the District of Columbia and belongs to the
District of Columbia Bar Association.
